It has two Apartments: Villa Grazia 1 and Villa Grazia 2

Its position, away from heavy traffic road and a garden of over 1000 M², with mature trees offering shade during the hottest summer hours, allow a nice stay all over the year. There's also a volley playground and the garden is fenced all over. Quietness is the main feature of this villa, infact the nearest house is 350 mt far and the main road 500 mt.

The Villa is so composed: it is all at the same floor and it is divided into 3 apartments, just two of them available.

The bigger, called VILLA GRAZIA 1 has 6 beds + 2 beds.
Prices are: 380 low season - 500 medium season - 720 high season

The other, smaller and near the first, is called VILLA GRAZIA 2, has 2 beds in a double room + 2 on a big sofa bed in the living room too. Prices are: 240 low season - 300 medium season - 400 high season

Each apartment has its own access. It's possible to rent the whole villa. (with 12 total beds)

VILLA GRAZIA 1 (6+2):

Entrance into the living room (40 m²) with a big table for your meals; near there's the two sofas and the Tv with satellite receiver and dvd player. The room has two large windows seeing the garden. Two steps leads to the kitchen (15 m²) with a table in the middle, has a marble sink and oven; there's also a big fireplace rustic style where you can grill. The windowed door leads to the parking. Two other steps from the living room leads to the bed rooms, one (12 m²) has a double bunk bed, with wardrobe, another (18 m²) with two single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and another (18 m²) with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Every room has at least a window. The bathroom (6 m²), near the bedrooms has a bath-tub with shower and bidet. Hot water comes out fastly thanks to the near heater. In the garden there's a Carrara's marble table with 8 seats below a big maple tree, very nice for your dinings. There's also a little pond with water-lily and many different varieties of plants all over the garden. There're deck chairs to have sun bath and a volley ball yard.

VILLA GRAZIA 2 (2+2):

Entrance into the big living room (45 m²) with table for meals, a fireplace, a double sofa-bed, Tv color (satellite receiver on request), and the kitchen corner at the edge of the room. There're 3 big windows facing the garden. Two steps leads to the bed room (16 m²) with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. One windows face the parking in the backyard. Near there's the bathroom with bath-tub/shower and wc (6 m²). This apartment has a garden area also, with marble table and chairs, and an area to get sun-bath or read a book below the beach-umbrella. It has a dedicated parking area too.
Villa Grazia 2 total square metres: 70 M².

----- BOOKING:

From Saturday to Saturday, you can arrive between 3.00 and 7.00 p.m, and, at the end of your stay, you have to depart before 10.00 o'clock a.m. of Saturday to allow the cleaning for the next guests.

----- PAYMENTS:

You can pay part of the price as booking for the flat and the rest on your arrive. The price includes location, gas, electricity and water consumptions.

----- OTHER COSTS:

- LINEN: you can rent it for EUR 7/person, each change.

- EXTRA CLEANING: if you need an extra cleaning: EUR 20 each.

- HEATING: Heating in winter is not included and is to be paid on consumption. Each apartments has its gas counter. For this you pay at the end of your stay.

- ANIMALS: admitted, EUR 25 each animal, inclusive of bed, food/water bowl, and final disinfection.

- EXTRA BED: each apartment has two extra bed, the cost for each extra bed is EUR 45/week

- BABY BED: it's available for EUR 5/each.

- SPECIAL SERVICES: for FREE you can rent bikes (if available) for your riding and country walks, the guest is responsible for its keeping.

--LAST MINUTE: For bookings coming -7 days before arrival, some discounts on the price.

- DEPOSIT - On your arrive you have to give a Deposit of EUR 200, it's an insurance for eventual damages occurring during your stay. If any damage occourred, it will be returned to you before your departure.
