The house with conservatory stands alone and fully fenced, very quiet area in the upper part of the Urbanization Las tres Calas L'Ametlla de Mar, about 150 km south of Barcelona.

On the 800 m2 plot, it has a large pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque, covered parking and a shady patio.
The house has an unusually good facilities such as ceiling fans in the bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, mosquito protection, SAT/TV, WLAN, safe, stereo, fridge freezer, dishwasher, filter and espresso coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster, washing machine, 1 electric and gas stove. Deck chairs and bicycles are available.

Utilities such as electricity, water, garden and pool service are included in the price.
The bed linen and bath towels are not provided but can be rented on request. Not so the beach towels.

In the Ueberbauung it has a supermarket, bakery and restaurants. It also has 3 beautiful and clean sandy beaches are about 3,5 Km from the house. The attraction of the area are the Ebro Delta and the Port Aventura theme park. The holiday complex is located about 3.5 km outside the village of L'Ametlla de Mar. The golf course Bonmont is located nearby.
