The flat consists in an open, american kitchen and dining area, livingroom with fireside, radio, sat-TV, pull-out couch (bed of 1.8x2m) and visitor's bed, shower, toilet and kitchen incl. coffee maker.
On request cot, children's seat and camping bed available.

The sea with its beautiful sandy beach is at 6min. (5.5km), the shopping centre and the amusement park Aqua-City at 3min. from the house.
