One of the loveliest holiday destinations in the whole region of Ticino is the picturesque town of Morcote, which lies 12 km from Lugano at the southern tip of a narrow tongue of land, on the shores of Lake Lugano.

The beautifully kept holiday complex occupies a sunny position on the edge of the village, separated from the lake only by the lakeside road. There is a large lawn for playing and sunbathing within the Residenza complex, right on the lakeshore. Besides the lake there are two swimming pools in the Residenza – deliciously cool after a hot day.

High ceilings add a comfortable feel to the apartment; the living room and the balcony provides you with a wonderful view of Lake Lugano.
