Holiday apartment Penthouse Terrazza ai Fori

Directly behind of the Augustusforum, in a wonderful and calm district in the middle of the ancient Roman empire, is situated the apartment Terrazza Ai Fori: The Apartment is a little jewel, because of its situation in the historical old part of city, and its extremely tasteful and complete fornitured, particularly because of its incomparable roof terrace with view at the Capitol and on the ancient „Tabularium “- where to Cesar's times all important documents were kept.
The apartment (approx. 40 square meter) is located on the 4th floor (unfortunately without elevator) of a very old Roman townhouse and extends over 3 levels: The entry of the apartment goes through a small livingroom with sleeping sofa, which, going around the corner, becomes a small kitchen. Over a spiral stair one arrives downward into the bedroom with French bed (1 ½ sleep places), from which - similarly as above the kitchen - around the corner becomes then bath (with shower cubicle). Over a further spiral stair one arrives upward on the roof terrace with cosy dining corner, which has the same size as under it the other rooms

Although the dwelling has an actually small floor space, it is very well furnished, each corner is optimally used: the skillfully around the corner situated kitchen has a gas cooker, electrical baking tube at comfortable eye level on the other side, large rinse, roomy cooling freezing combination, and amazingly spacious shelfs and a comfortable work surface. In the living beside the sleeping sofà there are a table with 2 designer stools and a swinging out breakfast table under the window. The bedroom disposes over a very roomy wardrobe, the bath is furnished with elegant red mosaic tiles and a glass shower cubicle. It is similar to the kitchen where the existing space is so skillfully used that the bath really has all which one can wish.

The apartment has a pleasant atmosphere with its tasteful modern forniture, in particular way because of the refined lighting elements integrated in covers and walls and the many accessories, which make the ambience cosy: Shelves with books, pictures and last but not least the color combinations of the furniture and other details. In addition, the comfort does not come too short: the dwelling has an air conditioner and disposes about an autonomous gas-fired central heating. Additionally another cover fan is present in the bedroom. A sat Connection, 2 televisions, one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom and Internet connection (wireless) are present. The washing machine can be found in a storage on the terrace.
