| This beautiful one family house is located in a quite position with direct sea access to the low rocky coast of Fanusa, the little bathing resort between Fontane Bianche and Syracuse. The house is surrounded by a grand, fenced garden with olive trees, a pool and access to the sea. The next sandy beach is just about 500 m distant. The Villa is separated into two units. The main building can accommodate up to four persons, the about 45 m distant dependance has a capacy for two more persons. Casa Fanusa is an ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday! In the comfortable furnished main building are the bright and comfy living –and diningroom with TV, fireplace and grand eating corner with beautiful view to the garden and the pool. Up to this there is a lovely and ample kitchen with pizza oven, two sleepingrooms with double bed and aircondition plus bath with shower, WC. Over a stairway you reach to the first floor, where you find a canopied terrace, the ideal location for a dinner with sea view. Dishwasher and washing machine. In the dependance is one more little living area with dining corner. Sleepingroom with double bed and aircondition plus WC. External shower and barbecue. Shopping facilities are in a distance of 2 km. Car Park next to the house.
