You can stay at the 4 star guesthouse. There is a large breakfast buffet in the mornings to start your day.
The guest rooms (double room) can be booked individually, or also the complete guesthouse, depending upon liking. (3x DZ and 1x family room) Altogether could stay overnight in the house up to 10 persons.

The 4 double rooms have been lovingly furnished in the "Landhaus"style. The fully equipped guest kitchen as well as the lounge with TV and video can be used by all the guests.

In GUT HEIMING a small paradise -"Bergér", a horse-riding farm is situated 10 km away in the middle of the alpine upland.
The estate is known as the top address for classic horsemanship within horse riding circles. The landlords passion are Spanish horses. In the last 25 years he has created a perfect offer for "PRE" horses and dressage lessons and is well known even over the borders.

The facilities are excellent and are among the best in Germany.
There are 2 lakes for bathing to cool down when it's hot. Apart from horses we also have a dog, three cats, 5 hares, chickens, a few turkey hens, two peacocks, Scottish highland cows.
"Gut Heiming" is the ideal starting point for recreational activities such as horse riding, cycling, fishing, golf, ballooning, hiking .... and excursions to Rosenheim, Wasserburg, Schliersee, Tegernsee, Salzburg.
There is pick-up service from the train station to "Gut Heiming".
