This maisonette-tower apartment is located in an oasis above Minusio, at a sunny south facing slope with views to Lake Maggiore, in the middle of a residential area in the Residenza Rocca. There is a seperate entrance with two granite pillars. 2 parking lots just at the front door. During the renovation of the house it has been our aim to keep the ancient character of the house without to renounce the modern conveniences. The elegant granite floor in combination with black New Aged Castel parquet are giving a kind of castel caracter to this extraordinary holiday house. You can have a cosy dinner in the fireside room and in the livingroom (also with fireside) you can have your grappa. Three various bathrooms also created in granite. From bathtub as well as from the shower you feel directly joined with the water of the lake. Pure Mediterranean ambiance! Through the tower stair you reach the roof terrace with its breathtaking view. Even from the outdoor whirlpool you overlook the Magadino plain, Gambarogno, Ascona up to the Brissago Islands. After having your massage bath the deckchairs invite for relaxation. There is also a ticino fireside on the roof terrace which again pronounces the exclusivity of this object. You can use the new built kitchen with oven and seperate steamer or just visit one of the numerous Grotti. Coffee maker for espresso available. This extraordinar tower apartment is ideally situated. Just a few minutes drive to the railway station, the old town of Locarno and the Lake. |
