Villa (ca. 105 m2, 4 persons)This beautiful villa, built in Sicilian country style, is located in a quiet and peaceful landscape, about 2 km from the town of Floridia. The house is situated inside a property of approx. 8.000 m² and it is surrounded by a cultivated Mediterranean garden with swimming pool.

This holiday home offers a comfortable accomodation on the ground floor with a spacious and open designed living area with couch, air condition and a wooden oven as well as a dining area and kitchenette. One bedroom with double bed and air condition, another bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, WC. Washing machine available. A comfortable terrace on the back of the house offers an access to the private garden. On the front of the villa there is another terrace, looking ower the spacious common garden with the swimming pool. Parking inside the property. Barbecue. All facilities, Bars and Restaurants are about 2 km and Syrakus is about 12 km away. Minimum stay 7 days. Arrival day in high season is Saturday. Pets are not allowed.
