Overlooking the clips of Falaisse des Oiseaux, quiet location and wonderful view, 10min. drive to Marigot, 5min. to the shops, 10min. on foot to the beach of Plum Bay:

Living-room with ventilator, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with dining-corner, 2rooms (160,80+80), air-conditioned and ventilators, each with bath/WC.

Swimming-pool 6x4m, large sun-terrace, automatically-controlled entrance, burglar-alarm, outside loud-speakers. Friendly dogs on the premises.

Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely.
