On a hill slope in the vicinity of the beach 'Plum Bay' (approx. 5min. on foot), 10min. drive to the next grocery store and 15min. drive to Marigot:

Living area on one level: large lounge with TV-room and office space, exiting to the terrace, professionally equipped kitchen, 4bedrooms(4x160) with dressings, also exiting to the large terrace, 4luxurious showers/WC.

Satelite-TV, video, Hi-Fi, DVD, telefone, fax, Wifi-Internet, oven, microwave, dish-washer, american refrigerator, washing-machine. Ventilators in the lounge and the kitchen, air-conditioning in all bed-rooms and in the TV-room. Luxurious, stylish interior decoration.

Swimming-pool 12x4.5m with warm-water basin, large terrace, garden furniture, outside dining-area with barbecue. Automatic gate.

Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely.
