On the beach of Baie Rouge (2min. on foot), 5min. drive to the shops, 10min. to Marigot:

Comfortable, large colonial-style villa on three levels, with wonderful terrace, on garden estate of 15'000m2 with swimming-pool and private road to the beach, lovely view over Baie Rouge

Living aerea on three levels: covered outside living-room and marvellous view, open mahagoni-kitchen which is fully equipped, 3rooms (3x160) with ventilator and air-conditioning, each with bath/WC.

Satelite-TV, video, HiFi, telefone, fax, ventilators, oven, microwave, dish-washer, washing-machine, dryer, tasteful interior with lots of mahagonny.

Swimming-pool 12x5m, sun-terrace with pool-house, covered terrace with dining-corner

Not suited for children under 12 years and elderly persons (three levels). Cook on request (also available on daily basis)

Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely.
