On a hill of Terres Basses, 5min. drive to the beaches (Baie Longue and Plum Bay), 10min. to the shops and restaurants, 15min. to Marigot or airport:

Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely.
