Wonderful large hacienda-style beach villa with direct access to the beach, vast private grounds with swimming-pool and sun-terrace, lovely view over Baie Rouge

Living area on one level: living/dining-room with access to the covered terrace and swimming-pool-terrace through large swinging doors, separate kitchen which is well equipped, 4rooms(each160), all with bath/WC.

Satelite-TV, video, HiFi, telefone, oven, microwave, dish-washer, washing-machine, dryer. All rooms air-conditioned, modern furniture, pleasant atmosphere.

Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely.
