In the vicinity of a Terres Basses beach (approx. 5min. on foot), 5min. drive to the next grocery store and approx. 10min. drive to Marigot:

Living area on two levels: ground fl.: large lounge with fully equipped kitchen exiting to the terrace with dining-area, 3bed-rooms(2x160,90+90), all with bath/WC exiting to the pool-terrace. Garden level: 2bed-rooms(2x160), both with bath/WC exiting to the garden.

Satelite-TV, video. Hi-Fi, telefone, oven, microwave, dish-washer, american refrigerator, washing-machine, tumbler. Ventilators and air-conditioning in all rooms. Elegant, cosy creole interior.

Swimming-pool 8.5x4.5m, large pool sun terrace, terrace with seating comfort and dining-area glas-enclosed, garden furniture.

Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely.
