For shared use: large garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, 01.06.-30.09. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 15:00-20:00). Outside shower. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking at 30 m. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 2 km. Please note: car essential.
