A carefully restored "rustico" in the old village Ropiana /Rivapiana in Mergoscia above Locarno, Verzasca valley. Spacious garden and a covered veranda, overlooking Lake Maggiore and Monte Tamaro.
On the ground floor there are a kitchen and two large double bedrooms, a toilet and a large covered porch. At the same level as the lower garden terrace there is a small single room; the bath/shower room and the 2nd toilet are on the 1st level (stairway).
Grocery store and public transports nearby. Parking on request.
The warm water in this rustico is processed by the solar system all the year round; in winter solar panels and wood heating system.
