This villa, with fantastic views of the sea and mountains,is situated on the outskirts of the village Rousospiti only 5-8 minutes from Rethymno. Here you can really relax enjoying wonderful sunsets every day.
In the village there are taverns, shopping, church and school. This place is one of the best residential areas of Rethymno and it is also very popular with locals because of its excellent climate at an altitude of 400m and because the city's nearby. In next proximity you can visit one of the few women's monasteries on Agia Irini island or the Venetian village Chromonastiri or Mili (old mill).
In Rethymno you can find all you are looking for: a charming old town with fortress, a minaret, museums, the old port and all summer sports on a 15 km long beach. The beautiful and natural south side of the island is at only 28km. Heraklion or Chania airports are at 80km.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with shower/toilet unit, 1 with fold-out couch (sofa sleeper), living room with fireplace, satellite TV and CD player, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob (cooker) and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen towels, Internet, 1 guest toilet, in the basement washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, oil central heating, all rooms with balcony or terrace, 240m2 private garden with patio and barbecue, garden furniture and sunshade, parking lot. You also can travel with your own car by ferry from Venice - Patras and then ferry from Pyreus - Chania or Heraklion.
