Villa Palmira 6 km from Miami Platja: Child friendly, cosy villa "Mont-roig Bahia 03", 2 storeys, built in 1940, renovated in 2006, surrounded by trees and fields. Outside the resort, in a detached, quiet, sunny position, 125 m from the sea, 125 m from the beach. Private: property 8'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees. Outdoor shower, barbecue (swing). In the house: burglar alarm system. Motor access (400 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Cambrils" 5 km, sandy beach, swimming bay 125 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The house opens directly on to the beach via a small treeline path next to the house. It aslo has a small pond in the garden.
