This stately manor with alltogether 3 houses and a common swimming pool (17 x 5 mts) is situated in a nice and quiet location, offering a wonderful panoramic view. The road to this vacation home follows the wine route of San Donato in Poggio to Montecastelli (direction of La Piazza), crossing the idyllic scenery between vinyards and manors of the Chianti Classico “Gallo Nero” region. Close by, the wine epicure can find famous vineyards, such as Casa Emma, Isole e Olena, Casa Sola and Montecorboli.
Several seats at open air, parking on the property, electric and gas heating are available.
The drive to the manor leads over an unhitched road of approx. 900 mts length.

The living area comprises 3 floors and has been restaured cautiously and with great care, maintaining its original structure.
Ground floor: Entrance hall (arches), bathroom with shower, lavatory with washing machine.
First floor: Living room, eat-in kitchen with fireplace, 2 sleeping-rooms with a double-bed each, toilet.
Second floor: Living room, 1 sleeping room with 2 single-beds, bathroom with shower, passage way with 2 single-beds.
