Double bedroom with air conditioning, bath/toilet and large terrace.

Outdoor facilities:
8.5 x 4 meter swimming pool with outdoor shower. Well-maintained garden. Covered pergola for garaging your car. Sand pit and swing. Fully fenced-in property (200 cm high wall).

The villa is located in a beautiful housing area. Quiet location. 300 - 400 meters to the rocky beach (8 minute's walk, nice path!). The next sandy beach distances 2 km from the house. Supermarket, drugstore, bank, doctor and restaurants are within walking distance, in less than 5 minutes.

Valencia airport: 105 km.
From Zurich, by car, are about 1,500 km.
