This holiday home is 400 metres from Lake Garda. It has a private garden. The home is on the south-eastern shore of the lake and near the charming town of Peschiera del Garda. It is part of a small residential complex with a communal swimming pool and garages. The accommodations spacious garden and terrace with barbeque are ideal for outdoor dining. The beds in the roomy loft are separated by a dresser. There is a three-quarter size sofa bed in the living room. The Belvedere beach is 400 metres away. The beach has good facilities which require payment. The cosy town Peschiera del Garda is located at ca. 5km, and the town of Sirmione is 8km km away. The many other traditional villages around Lake Garda are well worth visiting. You can also spend an enjoyable day at Gardaland or Caneva World theme parks. The Garda Resort and Sporting Club is 100 metres away. The swimming pool may not be used between 13.00 and 15.00 oclock.
