The attractive apartment is part of a 4 - family house (facing south), with a view over the rooftops of Maderno. From the large terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the peninsula of Toscolano Maderno and of almost the whole lake.
The apartment includes a garden area and a covered parking lot.
The picturesque port with its numerous boat docks as well as the village of Maderno are within walking distance (10 minutes), where there are various shops and restaurants and bus stops.

Maderno is centrally located and is an ideal starting point for excursions. By ferry you can reach the west side of the lake in a short time. Or you make a boat trip and discover the countless romantic towns, as Riva del Garda, Malcesine, Limone, Peschiara, Bardolino, Sirmione, Salò etc.

The vegetation is typically Mediterranean: lemon, tangerine, olive trees, fig cactus, capers, oleander and bougainvillea. Particularly impressive are all the different types of palm trees.

The surrounding mountains offer a varied hiking paradise. The trails are very well described and well signposted. Other possible sport activities: climbing, swimming, biking, jogging, surfing, horse riding, tennis and golf, bathing on sandy and rocky beaches and relaxing. Here you'll feel like being by the sea!

The 3-room apartment (69 m2) is tastefully decorated and furnished. Living and dining room, double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and a small balcony. The kitchen is very spacious with lots of counter space and is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and an oven/stove. Bathroom with shower, bath, 2 sinks, toilet and bidet.
Even in winter Maderno impresses with its mild temperatures and the fact that it has almost never fog. Thanks to the gas heating a comfortable stay is pleasant even in winter.
Particularly appreciable are the friendly neighbors in the house and the surrounding area.
