Starting from this place, the well known archaeological sites Delphi, Olympia and Epidaurus are within 2 hours drive, while Patras and Helmos ski center are within 1 hour drive. The area is also recommended for mountain activities. The picturesque paths are ideal for wandering and biking. The very famous Vouraikos gorge, as well as the lake caves at Kastria, Kalavrita, is highly recommended.
