This cozy cottage "Casa Bettina" is located in Minusio, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from Locarno.
From the top floor there is a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.
Various shops, restaurants and a bus station are within a five minute walk. Nearby you can reach the beautiful Lake Maggiore, but also the magnificent mountains. It is ideal for many recreational activities such as biking, hiking, swimming in the nearby lake, but also very suitable to enjoy the culinary and cultural events in Locarno.

Description of the house:
The 4 ½ -room house has been renovated in 2013 and is now rented for the first time. The whole house has terracotta floors and is functionally equipped. There is a well-kept garden with a lawn and a pergola in front of the house. Located next to the Casa Bettina there is a private outdoor parking.
Because of its oil heater Casa Bettina can be inhabited all year long.

The house consists of three floors, the two top floors are building the main area. On the lower floor there is a studio, which can also be rented.

Upper area (main area):
The upper area of Casa Bettina consists of living and dining room , kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony.

Lower area (studio):
The lower section can also be rented on request and consists of a bedroom and a bathroom. In front of the big entrance door there is a seating place.
