Unique because it is directly on the slopes of the Kirchberg and Kitzbühel ski areas and because the middle station of the "Panorama" gondola is right next door. You don't have to deal with ski busses or lines. Just click on your skis right at the apartment and ski right back at the end of the day. The apartments were newly built in 2010 and have a very high quality finish. Marble bathrooms, modern kitchens with all of the possible built in equipment, wood floors, and in some apartments, even a private sauna. Most apartments have an indoor parking garage accessible by lift. There is also a private ski storage space with boot driers. The adjacent restaurant offers you the option of booking breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Alternative places to eat other than the very convenient MoorAlm which is attched to the property and you can reach without going outside. Good food & friendly service. SunnSeit Restaurant/Cafe (Jochberg 30) which is a friendly family run restaurant just 5 mins walk up the hill the other side of the Panoramabahn lift.
