New, modern apartment with german speaking personal care.

The house was built in 2013 and has an apartment that is rented out for the first time in spring 2014. There are 2 bedrooms with sleeping accommodation for 2 people in every bedroom. There is also a kitchen and a bathroom. In summer, a terrace can be used. In winter, a garage can be used.

The apartment is furnished with a TV and internet (WLAN).

Carlo & Rita Kathriner are looking after the apartment on site. They offer horseback riding tours in the Rocky Mountains. Guided rides in summer, from May to August, in breathtaking natural surroundings, for beginners as well as for advanced! The ranch is reachable within 20 minutes from the apartment.

And in general there are very many ways to spend your free time.
