Holiday house "Hanne" Lavensby Strand

The house is located on a plot of land in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Denmark, Lavensby beach. It offers a magnificent view over the water. The area is very hilly, varied and ideal for families with children. There is also great shopping opportunity.
Of the 35 villas in Lavensby Beach, our house is the best equipped and also the cheapest - this is possible because we rent privately and directly without any intervening agency!
The house offers 90 m2 of living space and is very brightly built, with enough space. An ideal home for families with children. The house was built in 2007 and is fully equipped for 8 people .

The Interior:
Fantastic open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge and freezer. There are a lot of accessories made from glass and porcelain, pots, pans. The ground floor comprises a dining area with table and 8 chairs, a sofa group having 3+2 seater sofa with coffee table. Wood stove and heat pump with air conditioning. TV, DVD and radio. 2 doors to the terrace. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower and whirlpool tub. There is also a washer and dryer.

The outdoor area:
Large garden with lawn, swings and good parking for several cars. Partially covered wooden terrace on three sides of the house. It has 3 tables and some chairs, 2 sun decks, large grill.
On the terrace you will find our hot tub with sea views and seating for 8 people.
Right next door is the entrance to our new infrared sauna.
