The villa is newly built to high specifications, to offer true luxury for elite guests. It has three levels providing six junior suites, each one with their own private bath or shower.
The main entrance to the house has an entry hall and stairs leading to the top floor. A separate set of stairs lead the way to the lower level, recreation area and swimming pool. Dining room main kitchen with outdoor cooking facilities, BBQ and small open sitting area by the kitchen. Access to staff quarters.

Large double bedroom, big bathroom with bathtub, second double bedroom(could be used as sitting room) with kitchenette, fireplace and shower-w.c room. Direct access to pool.

Third large double bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette, shower room, direct access to pool.

Fourth double bedroom, kitchenette, shower room, private entrance.

Large sitting–recreation room with sliding doors to swimming pool, gym area, open plan kitchen, separate guests shower, w.c room. Covered sitting areas, BBQ, outdoor shower, pathways to annex.

Annex:
A separate 80sqm annex below the pool, air conditioned with a split level accommodation, providing one double bedroom, sitting area(could sleep two more), fully equipped kitchen, shower-w.c room and terrace with full sea view.

The villa has superb views over the ancient island of Delos and the most breathtaking sunsets.
