The sea is only approx. 500 m away of this exclusive villa with swimming pool in Les Issambres/San Peire, and at the same time you have from all rooms a dreamlike view at it. Beach and purchasing possibilities are easily accessible on foot.
Beach and purchasing possibilities are easily accessible on foot.The villa for 6 adults and 2 children was finished in the beginning of 2001 and is Les Issambres in San Peire/. The Domaine is accessible only above an electric entrance portal. The tastefully furnished house disposes of a living space of approx. 150 square metres. One comes by the entrance immediately to the big residential dining room with TV SAT (Ger. transmitter), sea view and terrace, next door the completely furnished kitchen with among other things fridge, freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher, range hood. Before the kitchen the terrace is roofed, also from here one enjoys a sea view. There are a total of 4 bedrooms on two floors: in the entrance floor a bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed, one with two single beds à 0.90-m width. In the upper floor there is a child bedroom with two 0.80 m wide single beds and a bedroom with a 1.60-m-wide bed and balcony .u On every floor there is a bathroom with bath in each case, shower, sink of it, in addition, with a WC. An additional separate WC. Under-floor heating. Washing machine. Baby bed on inquiry. Domestic animals are not allowed. The barbecue is not permitted for safety reasons. The partial slope property is approx. 1,200 square metres, garden pieces of furniture are available, the private swimming pool beside the terrace is 4 m by approx. 8 m, security by fence. One can park on the property and in the garage.
