At the villa we invite you to experience a romantic holiday trip and enjoy four different seasons. Take pleasure from the taste, the smell and, not least, the colours that characterise the passage of time.
The house comprises of 3 independent apartments, two in the main building and one in the old stable block.
The main building has a large 4 person apartment on the lower floor – “The Cellar of Penelope” – and a two person suite on the upper floor – “The Suite of Prince”. There is an inner wooden staircase with a door in the middle, which on demand can connect the two apartments to a two story house.
The Old Stable has been converted into an independent one-bed apartment for 2 persons, “The Guesthouse of Thalina”.
All 3 apartments have their own entrance.
Enjoy reading, writing or drawing on the terrace, or under a tree, or by the fireplace in winter, with the company of the birds, the wind, and the sounds of nature.
At the yard a couple of olive trees, an orchard with orange, lemon, fig, mulberry, pomegranate, almond trees, as well as some cypress trees provide a desired biodiversity. Walk around the yard, pick fruits, observe the trees, the birds or just sit in the shade of a tree and read or daydream.

Styra is a fishing village and a favourite holiday resort for Athenians and foreign visitors on the Island of Evia – the second biggest island in Greece.
Styra is located close to Athens, at the most narrow part between the island and the mainland. This unspoiled corner of Greece has an idyllic Mediterranean landscape combining mountains and sea, countless beaches, unrivaled sunsets and is blessed with a very pleasant climate during the whole year.
Styra can be reached either by ferryboat from the tiny harbor of Agia Marina, or by the bridge from Chalkida. The easiest way, if you are not coming from the northern part of Greece, is to take the ferry from Agia Marina. The little harbour of Agia Marina is located 35 km away from the Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport of Athens, with several ferry boat routes
Actually there are two cities (villages), Nea(New) Styra and Ano (Up) Styra. The ferry reaches Nea Styra, a more modern tourist area with beautiful sunsets, beaches, hotels, cafes, shops, and bars. Ano Styra is a picturesque, virgin, genuine, untouched village, ideal for peaceful, relaxing, holidays.
The House of Prince is located in Ano Styra, just 200m before the square of the village.
