Mandorlo V is a detached villa situated on a typical Tuscan farm estate renovated in a simple Tuscan style, and surrounded by countryside with a wonderful views of the Tuscan hills. The villa is decorated in Tuscan style and has its own private area in the garden with gazebo. On the farm there is a shared swimming pool.

The old estate consists of two separate villas, Mandorlo V here described and No. 164 Mandorlo I, and a large farm house completely restored, divided into four apartments, including No. 166 Mandorlo E and No. 167 Mandorlo G. The gardens are well cared for, with picnic areas for relaxation and lawns with gazebos, tables, chairs and a barbecue. The property features a garden with a beautiful swimming pool (13m x 6m) surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas where guests of the villas and the apartments can enjoy the sun or take a refreshing dip. The estate grounds are completely fenced and the property has private parking.

The owners live on the first floor of the large house, are very kind and helpful and offer customers a welcome dinner.

The location of the farm is the ideal place from which to visit the south of Tuscany. Montepulciano, a beautiful city, famous for its excellent wine, is about 10 km. Pienza, renowned for Pecorino cheese, and Cortona are all within easy reach.

Treasures of Umbria, such as Perugia and Assisi are also within easy reach. Lake Trasimeno with its beaches and ferries to the islands is very close, as well as the entrance to the motorway.
