Our holiday residence is located above Germignaga near Luino in a quietful area. Due to the local infrastructure each apartment has view to the Lake Maggiore. The residence with 7 floors has a shared swimming pool (6 m x 16 m), a paddling pool for children, a lawn, a play ground, a tennis court (free of charge), table tennis, a restaurant and bread bringing service. Breakfast and half board can be ordered at the restaurant. To the residence belongs a lift enabling to carry the luggage. A large car park is located at the rear of the building.
The studio consists of a living room with a double bed or a double sleep couch, a cupboard kitchen with refrigerator and a bathroom with bath tub and WC. Moreover the apartment has a small entrance with wardrobe. SAT-TV. Balcony with outside furniture.
