About 20km away from Pafos, on the hills of the mountains, there is another lovely holiday destination. Pegeia offers a picturesque view of the ocean and the surrounding valleys. The area also offers many archaeological sites, though not as spectacular as in Pafos. Graves chiselled into the rock during the Roman time bear witness to the early settlement history of the region. More important though for most tourists is the fact that Pegeia is secluded and not remotely as hectic as Pafos. Coral Bay which is not far away, offers a beautiful beach.
Just outside the village of Pegeia, in a small settlement consisting of 12 villas, you will find our very comfortable villa with a living surface of about 150 sqm. This holiday home offers a pleasant mixture of rustic and modern living elements. It is partly panelled with natural stone slabs, thus fitting in very well into the ensemble of the villas around it. Whether you find yourself on the 600 sqm plot, on the large balcony or on the terrace, you will always enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and the azure sea. Directly adjacent to the partly covered terrace there is a freely-formed overflow pool of around 12 m x 6 m. The ground floor hosts the large living/dining room as well as a kitchen area with a dining table. Preparing the freshly-purchased food in the kitchen promises to be at least as much fun as enjoying it thereafter. A microwave oven and a dishwasher make the household chores more than bearable, especially when time is scarce. Furthermore, there are one double-bedded bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with a tub and toilet each and one separate toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a further bedroom with a double bed as well as another bathroom with tub and toilet. The bedroom offers access to the 12 sqm balcony. The entire ambiente offers the perfect preconditions for a relaxing holiday, coupled with various activities and a wealth of cultural attractions.
