HOUSE

Very beautiful and in good taste furnished new reed roof pool house (year of construction 1994) in one of the most popular holiday house areas.

From the outside the house looks tiny. Nevertheless inside it seems big and it is modern and comfortable furnished. The open kitchen is equipped with all comfort and forms with a freely in the area standing stove the center of the house.

The sleeping area has decent grey carpet. The rest has large light-grey tiles on the floor. The walls are painted in apricot. In most rooms there is under-floor heating installed.

The sleeping opportunities are distributed on 3 sleeping rooms with double beds, one sleeping room area with a double kids-bed and a 15 m2 large Hems for 2 persons.

The large, open property offers much space for various games.

SURROUNDING

Purchase possibilities, restaurant etc. are in approx. 1 km distance in the next village. Søndervig with small shops in tiny lanes is approx. 8 km away.

The landscape is beautifull and offers interesting contrasts: On one side of the approx. 40 km long promontory Holmsland Klit is the North Sea with kilometer-long sand beaches, varied dunes and on the other side is the fjord.

Visitors have various sport possibilities: In the excellent Surfing area there are of course also two Surfcenter; in Soendervig is a golf course; you can tennis play; there is an activity center; a public swimming pool or you can go fishing. In addition, one can rise-let kites, or explore the environment with the bicycle. In Haurvig is the possibility to ride.

Hvide Sande which is 10 km away is an active fishery city with exciting habour life. It starts early in the morning with the fish auction. Interested peoplecan also go fishing on a fishing boot. Between Hvide Sande and Ringkøbing the small ferry "Sort Louis" drives regularly over the Ringkøbing fjord.

There are different museums, for example the house of fishery or the typical danish farmhouse "Abelines Hof" offer vivid and cultural alternation for the people on vacation.

There are different workshops and exhibitions of domestic artists, e.g. forging workshop and pottery.

Ringkøbing, the "city with the red roofs" is approx. 18 km far away. This is the old capital of Danmark (the history is known up to 13. century retrace) and had through the fjord originally an open connection to the sea. Nowadays the port of Ringkøbing is populated in particular by sport sailors and Fjord fishing men. The purchase city Ringkøbing offers various offers often in old roads and houses. From the market to the port down you come through the Vester Strandgade, the oldest houses in this street is from the 19. century.
