Property description

Situation: 1‘150m altitude on the sunny side of Ilanz with a view on the valley of the upper Rhine from Chur to Di-sentis. The house is in the outskirts of Ruschein, near the road to Ilanz (4,5km away). Postal coach Ilanz-Ruschein-Ladir, 8 times a day.

Strolls on solid walks in the neighbourhood of the village.
Walking-tours on well signalized roads in the beautiful walking area between Flims and Trun: Senda Sursilvana, Oberalppass-Chur.

Excursions: By car or coach to the valleys (Vals, Lugnez, Obersaxen, Safien).

Swimming: the public swimming pool in Ilanz or the thermal spa in Vals.

Skiing: the well known skiing resorts of Flims/Laax - white arena - and Obersaxen/Lugnez are easily reachable.
Direct ski-bus to Laax.

Toboggan: Flond - Ilanz

Shopping: Food, vegetables, frozen products and commodities in the village, shopping center, supermarkets, as well as doctors, drugstores and a hospital in Ilanz.
