«Solivo» is a big, old villa in the middle of the chestnut woods above the «Lago Maggiore» near Cannobio and the Swiss border. It is a bit outside of the small town (10 minutes walk), which is famous for its market and which has kept its Italian charm. A large sunny terrace with a fantastic view of the lake and a big garden are major features of the house. The house is in close proximity to hiking trails and in summer the lake is ideal for swimming.
