The rented livingspace is approx. 420qm. The villa offers spacious rooms, each of the 4 bed- rooms has a bathroom en suite.

Luxurious equipment and furniture (radio, stereo system,TV, CD). Beds ( 180x200 and 90x200). Large pool, seperate pool house with shower/toilet/changing room. Large kitchen, washhouse with washing machine and dryer. 90qm sheltered terrace, 2x40qm pergola, central heating. Marvellous panorama-view with sea on the horizon. 10-15min. drive to the harbour/capital, 20min. drive to the golf court. Various beaches/bays achievable within 10-15min. 1km to Sant Climent with various shops, banks, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.

1-2 times a week pool-cleaning and gardening incl.

Tennis, riding, scuba diving, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, biking, motor boats and so on in the neighbourhood. Rent a car at the airport.

On this property you spend dreamlike vacation even in spring or autumn. Golf, hiking, beach or simply relaxing!
