"Casa Vecchia" is a housinf area on the edge of Calvi, consisting of 3 residential blocks. Fenced-in garden ideal for the kids to play. Enough carparks in front of the house.
The apartement is at approx. 5min. walk from the 6km long sandy beach. The beach is absolutely not dangerous, because it is gently sloping down to the water.
A lot of shadow from the pine forest surrounding the beach.
Calvi as well as the railway station and a large shopping centre is nearly, achievable by walking.
Apartment: 73 sqm of living space a balcony with view to the bay of Calvi. The apartment is on the third floor (elevator).
All rooms are very friendly furnished. Washing machine, stereosystem, vacuum cleaner etc.
Large bethroom with basin, toilet, tub (also for having a shower). Second little bathroom with basin and shower. seperate toilet.
Livingroom: Pull.out sofa for getting a comfortable double bed.
Kitchen: full kitchenette, oven with 4 hotplates, fridge.
Bedroom1: 1 double bed with two mattresses.
