Description

Comfortable studio on the groundfloor, independent, at a south slope location, very sunny and restful. Marvellous view to the Alps and the valley.

All winter and summersports are possible, cultural activities in the neighbourhood ( golf, skiing, swimming).

The 1.5 room apartment has an entrance/corridor with 2 add. beds, a living/dining room with kitchen and large windows, spacious shower-toilet room and storeroom. Garden seating area with lawn for playing and fireplace.

Well equipped apartment: spice in the kitchen, litterature, deckchairs, toys, toboggans, wood and so on.

The large apartments on the upper floor is rented out as well (for bigger families or groups).

Journey there: Good access by the street Montana-Sierre, everyday open even during wintertime. By train (SBB) to Sierre-Siders, then by funiculaire Sierre-Montana (SMC) to St.Maurice-de-Laques. From there it is a 5min. walk to the house.
