The house is situated close to the fishing village of Panormon, 17km west of Rethymnon. It is located below the coast street, just a few meters away from the impressing rocky coast, in the middle of a large natural plot of land.

There are generous rooms and a patio with several seating areas inviting for relaxing. Charming view to the sea from almost every room of the house. A private bay below the rocks, belonging to the plot of land, invites for taking a swim without beeing disturbed. Distance to the sea 100m, distance to the beach 1km, shopping and taverns at 900m, yacht harbour 1.2km. The house disposes of a frigo, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezing unit, 4 hot plates, bathroom, showerroom, phone, TV, HiFi system, coffee maker, bedlinen, towels.
