Situated at the Englishman's bay, 15 miles from the airport, 2 minutes from the North Side Rd. and 1 mile to the unpolluted Englishman's bay white and yellow sandy beach. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with a mahogany 4 post bed, the second bedrooms with two queens to separate or attach.In addition 2 comfortable folding beds. The villa comprises a 24 X 24' living room with an open kitche, 6' teak bar with view to to the sea. All amenities. 4000sq ft under roofs. A very large terracotta terrace all around and connected to a 16 X 16' dream gazebo also with sea view.
IN ADDITION, as the power network in Tobago can be a little temperamental, for comfort, we added a 10kw generator with an automatic transfer switch and timer. You are never without electricity.
The villa is on 1 acre of landscaped flowers and fruit trees. 20 Bougainvilleas overhanging baskets adorn the roof perimeter. The barbecue is ouside, under cover and close to the gazebo. Three oversized hammocks can be hooked at different locations in between the overhanging roof posts.
To relax 3 oversized hammock and loungers, close by a swing for children. A wonderful and manucured tropical garden, with flowers and mature fruit trees.
Local sport includes, swimming, snorkling, scuba diving, trekking, flora and bird watching.
Upon request for golfing, diving location and photos. Entertainement: radio, CD player, board games, playing card set, domino, books, miscellaneous out of door games, badminton, lawn ball game(petanque).Not to forget a swing for the children, under roof, in the shade between the house and the gazebo.
