The apartment is in a guarded ****resort. The use of infrastructure is free, exept billard and table soccer.

There is an artificial river for canoeing, 4 tennis courts, several beachvolley and beach football courts, basketball and badminton facilities.

Restaurant and poolbar in the resort,a pool for kids and one for adults, deckchairs and parasols on the beach.

700m from the Beach Park which is the largest waterpark of Latin America.

The facility is just 30km from the international airport Fortaleza.

Daily rates USD 40-70 in peakseason (end of December-end of February and July). Special terms for longterm stays.
