Description

The independent holiday home is situated in sunny south location with a wonderful view, near the railwaystation. The cosy typical Engiadina house was built in 1984 and offers well-kept comfort to the guest.

Basement: cellar, washing machine, drier,freezer, toilet, wash basin, shower, little livingroom

Groundfloor: garage, living-diningroom with open kitchen, bathroom, wash basin, toilet.

Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds per bedroom, wash basin, toilet, attic.

Sparetime: Hiking and cycling paths, golf courses, cross-country trails and skiruns as well as the the possibility of mountain tours closeby.
