Near Piazza Grande and railway station, gentle slope location in restful area, very comfortable and modern 2-room apartment with view of the green and mountains. Large balcony (12qm) with morning sun. Generous, well-kept indoor pool with massage nozzles (24h/d free use) and solarium (extra). Lounge by the indoor pool as well as lawn and table tennis room. Private parking place.Two english channels.

Before reaching the drive round tunnel of Locarno take the exit Minusio-Muralto. Take the main street Via San Gottardo untill the lights. Go ahead on the right track and turn right behind the cinema Rialto into Via G. Mariani. Turn to the left at the next crossing (Via del Sole). Turn right into the 1th street (cul de sac-Via dei Fiori), drive on to Casa Palma 11.
