Description of the apartments:
The individual apartments are distributed on two floor. Sketch plans of the apartments can be sent by E-Mail:

Apartment 1, groundfloor:
This apartment was again reconditioned and converted at the beginning of March 03:
Bedrooms with double bed and single bed, living room with with doublebed to pull out and sep. kitchen, bath/toilet, large sun terrace with sunning gates, beautiful natural stone garden seat with grill surrounded by green (partly sun-protected by sheet roof), surround by trees, shrubs, cactus and flowers. You find garden table with garden chairs. Additionally there is a large stone table for free use.
Price months 7, 8: CHF 100.-- per day (approx. euro 67.--)
Price other months:CHF 90.-- per day (approx. euro 60.--)

Apartment 2 for 5 person:
Bedroom with double bed and single bed, living room with doublebed to pull out and separate kitchen, bath/toilet, large sun terrace with sunning gates, beautiful natural stone garden seat and grill (partly sun-protected by sheet roof), surround by trees, shrubs, cactus and flowers. You find garden table with garden chairs.
Price months 7, 8: CHF 100.-- per day (appr. euro 67.--)
Price other months: CHF 90.-- per day (appr. euro 60.--)

Apartment 4:
This apartment can only be hired together with apartment 2 (with connecting door). There is one bedroom with 3 beds, living room with 1 bed and kitchen, small toilet. You have to use the bathroom together with apartm. 2. Beautiful natural stone seat (without sun protection).
Parking: about 2 minutes from our house away, at the house of our caretaker.
Price months 7, 8: CHF 70.-- per day (approx. euro 46.--)
Price other months: CHF 60.-- per day (approx. euro 40.--)

Apartment 3, 1st floor (above apartm. 1):
Bedroom with 3 beds, living room with 1 bed and kitchen, very small toilet/shower, small balcony with sunning gates and beautiful natural stone seat (without sun protection).
Price months 7, 8: CHF 75.-- per day (approx. euro 51.--)
Price other months: CHF 65.-- per day (approx. euro 44.--)

The kitchens are equipped with good standard.
In the apartments NO BEACH CHAIRS AND SUN SCREEN are present.

The property offers three parking lots. In front of the house there are several small rocky beaches (perhaps not very good for small children, please use plastic sandels). Approx. 5 carminutes far away from our house, you reach a long, small stoned beach. The sea water is very clean and will invite you to dive. Not far away from us you find the diving school "Trogir diving center" from Miki Mise.

Not far away there is a tennis center. In the close environment there are two small purchase shops. To reach the next village you approx. walk about 5 - 10 min. You find small vegetable and fruit market, butcher, post office, bank as well as restaurants.

Our house is about 10 min. by car from the ancient, romantic Trogir, and about 20 km away from Split. There you find the bigger market with vegetables, fruit and fish, baker's shop, butcher, bank, post office, restaurants, discos etc. A walk along the port as well as by the close old lanes of Trogir you will never forget.
A further object of interest is the national park "KRKA" (approx. 50 km), where the Winnetou film “Treasure in the silver lake” was made.
Also the port of Split you shouldn’t miss.
