Something normal,a new big house in a typical farmers village,PIGI, 10 km eats of Rethymnon-town, 2 km to the beach,small shops in the center,baker,butcher,simple taverns,olive grounds arround,other small villages,churches,walkings and more.Maroulas,a village nearly like an fortress,the monastery of Arkadi,the tavern of pope Nikos,herbs from Marianna and more,all this is not too far away.
At the ground floor of STELIOS there are the big living room combined with the dining area,full equiped kitchen, 1 Single room and 1 bathroom with tube.
Upstairs another 2 bedrooms - in total the house for up to 6 guests - and the second bathroom.Outside in the small garden,sitting places,grill for barbeque,very quiet at the end of a small road to some houses,near the olive grounds.
The next supermarket is in a distance of 2 km, the village Platanes 4 km with shops,other markets,cleaning service, pharmacy,bars,petrol station, but also mountainbikecenter,
tennis courts,water sport and diving center.
