Independant house on a large plot of land ( 2000m2), Frazzione Luttini, situated above the village Budoni in a green and restful slope location, 40km south of Olbia. To the one hand side neighbourhood, to the other side a free view to the green surroundings.We offer two options for renting the house: You just rent the upper sector with 4(5) beds(2 bedrooms) or if required you additionally rent a seperate bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom on the ground floor (for prices watch the list). This way you reach a livingspace of 85m2 or 115 m2 respectively. The house has a large livingroom with attic and open kitchen, 1 or 2 bathrooms respectively. Spacious, half sheltered panorama terrace with marvellous view to the sea (table, chairs, deckchairs, chimney), a second terrace in the garden, with shower and sheltered car park. Guaranteed water supply. If required we organize a cot, a child seat and parasol. Bedlinen and towels against a low payment.
In 5 min. drive there is the 3km long, sandy, white beach. You always find a free place in the peak season, in low season the beach is almost deserted. There are 3 restaurants on the beach, in Budoni you find further ones, cafés, shops, post office and bank.
