The restfully situated, practically, cosy and comfortably furnished holiday-house is located in the middle of a winegrowing area, in a little, idyllic and typical Provençe village between Nîmes and Uzès.
The livingspace on a high ground floor is directly connected with the large, sunny and partly sheltered terrace. Bright kitchen by the entrance, serving as diningroom as well. Livingroom with fireside, comfortable shower, seperate toilet. 2 cosy bedrooms with totally 5 comfortable new beds invite for a relaxing sleep.
The small and a little wild garden, which is just achievable when crossing the old not renovated part of the house at the other side of the terrace, is at your disposal.
The wonderful region invites for hikes, climbing adventures, cycling, riding, swimming, canoeing (closeby, Gardon), golfing, tennis. Saturday market in Uzès, shopping and much more. The sea is at 60km, achievable withing 45min. drive.
The village of Russan is at 1km, there you find a baker, a small shop, a doctor, a post-office, a bar and a hair-dresser. More shopping opportunities at La Calmette (5km) or in the Carfour in Uzès (10km).
Car parks in front of the house. Enough space for cycles and canoes in the cellar.
