Trim is a typical Irish small town in the middle of the green landscape of Co.Meath.Conspicuons are the Manifold medieval and prechristian ruins, which are dominating the image of the town and ist neighbowhood.Many of the historic important places of Ireland are situated in this region (Boyne Valley). The region is suitable for cycling, golf, tennis fishing and riding. There is weeklytraditional music in the varions pubs in and around Trim."The Yard House" is situated in a central but restful location at the river Boyne, close to the tourist office, indoor pool, past office and shops. There are busconnections to Dublin (45km), Dublin airport and to the interior several times a day. 3-4 bicycles for adults and 2 bicycles for children for free use.
